Subject: Construction Materials Testing and Special Inspections Mountain Shadow Place, Lot 1, Lot 2, Lot 3 Glenwood Springs, Colorado Dear Mr. Ruse, At your request, a representative of Huddleston -Berry Engineering and Testing, LLC (HBET) performed testing for the subject properties on May 30, June 19, July 1, 5, 10, 2019. Periodic testing for the subject project is complete and any exceptions have been corrected. The open hole inspection indicated that the subsurface soil conditions on the lots are consistent with the referenced report. Therefore, based upon the recommendations in the referenced report, results of the open hole inspections, and results of the field density testing, the subgrade is adequate for foundations constructed using an allowable bearing capacity of 1500 psf.
