Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 OWTS Permit #: SEPT-6507 and SEPT-6350 February 9, 2021 Clayton Homes, 2014 Blake Avenue Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 (970) 945-6614 On July 27, 2020, we visited the two existing systems located at 1877 Canyon Creek Road in Garfield County, Colorado pursuant to OWTS Permit Nos. SEPT-6507 and SEPT-6350. The existing systems were permitted under permit numbers 1485 and 1483, both for three - bedroom residences. Records indicate that each system consists of a 1,000-gallon concrete tank and 1,185 sq. ft. of absorption area. The proposed new residences are also three bedrooms and determined not to increase use under current regulations. It is noted that the septic tanks were brought to grade with risers, inlet and outlet tees are in place, and effluent filters have been added. A final inspection cannot be completed in this case, as the systems are preexisting and have already been installed. However, a condition of permit approval is that a professional assessment of each existing system be conducted at or around 6 months after the residences are installed and in use to verify that each existing system is in working order. No further review from Garfield County Environmental Health is required regarding this permit at this time, but submission of professional assessment is required 6 months post -occupancy in accordance with permit requirements.
