1) Divide Road Water Treatment Facility
Top of Middle Fork Rd, take left just after upper guard gate, facility is about a mile on left.
2) Cathodic protection equipment at production water tanks, DC part installed by others, does not
show testing laboratory approval label. Conductors removed from booster pump building exterior
breaker panel to cable tray to prevent energizing. Provide new permit for cathodic protection hook up.
