Concerning: erection of steel structure and bolt installation for Divide Road Water Facility -
DAF Buildinq located in Garfield Countv
The erection of the steel structure at the above referenced project was inspected by CCI
Engineering on 12-18-18. The structure has been erected in accordance with the structural steel
plans and bolt torque specifications furnished by the manufacturer.
