We visited the site multiple times at 1375 Quicksilver Court near Rifle in Garfield County,
Colorado to observe the installation of OWTS components pursuant to OWTS Permit # SEPT -
6344. During our site visits, we observed the installation of the septic tank, cleanout, distribution
box, and STA for the cabin and shop at the site. We also observed the installation of the septic
tank, pump, and 1.5 -inch pump line for the cabin and connection to the septic tank for the shop.
Subsequent to our site visits, we received an email and As -Built from the design engineer
indicating that the OWTS was installed in general conformance with the design and plans as
submitted to and reviewed by Garfield County Environmental Health. In our opinion, these
components were installed in general conformance with Garfield County OWTS Regulations. No
further action or review from Garfield County Environmental Health is required regarding this
permit.
