This is to advise that I have made a final inspection of the above referenced OWTS and
that the system has been constructed essentially in accordance with the approved Plans
and SpeCifications. lnstead of the infiltration trenches being constructed level, the
installer put a slight downward slope to the east. This will not adversely affect the
operation of the sytem and should be alright.
Measurements from the house to the septic tank and distribution box, are shown on the
attached "Construction Plan of Record". Additionally. risers on the septic tank and the
east end of the absorption trenches further mark their location .
