May I request an email confirming the intended use of spaces marked STUDIO A and STUDIO B?
During the initial review I presumed the studios are meant for your private residential and family recreational use?
And/or prívate home occupation I home business needs?
As such they are becoming accessory to the resídential use on the property, correct?
lF, however, the studios are intended for a commercial business operation or a temporary or professional office space,
then your drawings will need to be reviewed under the 2015 lnternational Building Code and could trígger additional
requirements for a limited review or administratíve approval process by Planning'
Answers to these questions will aid in continuation of the review,
