Attached is the soils report for LoT 1"2. Sorry for the confusion on uploading the wronfre port. fu Zq %ZO
The project began on Lot 1-1, and then switched to Lot 12 once the owner sold Lot LL, and that note on 5L dídn't get
picked up.
The Site plan for Lot 1.2 is also attached. I will coordinate with Roger to drop off the hard copies of the site plan. Thanks.

Today, I started plan review for Aspen Glen, Lot 1"2 (Golden Bear Dr). I think there may have been a collating error in
the submittal packet and ask that further information be provided.
1. Studio M cover sheet 41.0 dated 02109 l212lshows a smaller Project Location aerial photograph and circles the
proposed lot location. However, there does not appear to be a SITE PLAN íncluding the proposed drivewaç
grading contours, lot lines, proposed building and projections etc. Do you have (2)sets of a SITE PLAN? Could
you deliver them to our COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DROP BOX (tan colored metal) outside side entrance on
Pítkin Avenue of County Administration Building, 108 Eighth Street)?
Request (2) hard copies of the SITE PLAN ATTN: COLLEEN WIRTH, PLANS EXAMINER, RE: BLRE-02'2L-6698
2. Sheet Sl-.0 General Notes, item #8 Foundation references the Geotech as KUMAR ASOCIATES and the report
prepared for LOT LL?, with date XXX and maximum bearíng of L,500 psf? l'd like to see a soils ínvestigation
reportfor Aspen Glen, Lot L2 (Golden Bear Drive). Unfortunately, included in the applícation is a geotechnical
evaluation report from American Geoservices dated July 18 2020, prepared for a Mr. Shaffer for a project in
another approved subdivisíon (for which a Garfield County building permit is already active and Roger Giard is
listed as the general contractor?). I want assurance we are referencing the structural engineers correct

assumed soil bearing capacity for thís lot and, ask, if available to go ahead and deliver a copy of the report
along with the SITE PLAN (or may email soils information to cwirth@sarfield-countv.com.)
l'm jtrst starting overall review of the architectural and structural sheets; want you to be aware l'll need these two
items in order to finish reviewing the permit.
