for Accessory Ðwellíng Unît (ADUI ís in compliance with the follawing list of støndards,
regulations and requírements far ADUs per ãarlield County's Lqnd llse & Development
Code as amended on October 1.9,2O2O.

2- Ownership Restriction - ADU ís restricted to leasehold interest (cannot be sofd or subdivided).

shall not exceed maximum recommendations of existing/proposed septic system per Stäte of
Colorado's OWTS standards.
