Currently drafting red lines and conditions to complete this afternoon RE: permít case history Was there any prior discussion with Michelle James andfor Brad Jordon and our County staff in regards to a ROAD IMPACT FEE owed for the basement fínish area? I haven't found anything in road impact fee policy document that expressly states or implies that finíshing living space within an existing unfinished area is exempt or waived from owing a Road lmpact Fee? Want to check and confirm. The assessor's database shows existing heated living space on maín story level of 2,832 square feet. The floor plans drawn by Brad Jordan and% = 1 ínch scale suggests new finished basement area of 2,812.50 square feet. It may be implied that a historic impact fee was paid in the NORTH BENEFIT DISTRICT of $1,81L.00. And as they are now effectively doubling the finished area of the home to 5,644.50 square feet. And increasing new líving area >2,400 sq ft, that a new ROAD IMPACT FEE of $1,811-.00 is due?
