The Design Review Committee of Coryell Ranch is pleased to approve the plans as submitted
via email and amended February gth 2021- \Ve all thank you for your careful consideration and
planning of this home.
A check for the road impact fee will need to be received in the amount of $3,233.40. This is
based on the total size of the home being 5,389 sq/ft using the formula as described in section
2.11 of the DRC guidelines. Before groundbreaking commences we will also need a check of
$30,000 for the completion deposit that will be held in a specific escrow account. This deposit
will be held until such time as the DRC confirms that construction, landscape and irrigation
systems of the home have been completed as per the approved plans as per sec 6.1.
Please have your General Contractor meet with us prior to mobilization to discuss access and any
site staging specifics.
