The District is trying to legalize the lot upon which the West End Station, AKA Station 84 presently sits. As you know, that station is at the north edge of the H Lazy F Modular Park. The purpose is to legalize the lot so the district can obtain a building permit to construct additional vehicle bays on the site. There is a hearing set in front of the Board of County Commissioners on Monday, May 18. We sent the notice to your previous mailing address at 1801 Ouray Rd. Between the time I originally obtained your mailing address from County records and the actual notice was sent out by certified mail, the official mailing address was changed to your PO Box in Glenwood Springs.
