ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTI FICATE OF OCCUPANCY,
5) ENGINEERING MATBE REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION FOR ALL STRUCTURAL
ASPECTS OF THE BUILDING.

SURVEYOR, IS REOUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY STRUCTURE -
INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS AND OTHER PROJECTIONS - IS IN
COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM SETBACKS AND/OR BUILDING ENVELOPE
