3) OPEN-HOLE SOTLS REPORT REOUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION TO VERIFY
15OO P.S.F. SOIL BEARING CAPACITY. PROVIDE COPY OF ENGINEER'S
REPORT FOR BUILDING INSPECTOR REVIEW AT FOOTING INSPECTION.
4) ELECTRTCAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE
ELECTRIC BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT
FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL
INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
5) ENGtNEERINc MAYBE REoUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTIoN FOR ALL
STRUCTURAL ASPECTS OF THE BUILDING.
ó) PRE-ENGINEERED RF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT
TIME OF FRAME INSPECTION.
