For the Mccoy deck addition, is this enclosed storage non-habitable, unheated, unconditioned space for private residential use? No storage on McCoy. lt ¡s a simpler iob - iust an extension of an exisitng upper patio - the new upper patio creates a covered area for the lower level doors out - but no walls below upper patio extension' z. And has the builder andlorowner determíned if they will construct the "patio addition" or "addition opt¡on 2,, as marked on the plan sets. The 'Hinge 42.1' drawing shows the lower level, and then the 'option 2 notation,for the upper - option 2 is the plan we would like to build. I had a couple options, and they chose '2" and I forgot to remove - sorry for the confusion. Thanks,
