per plans Examiner, Colleen Wirth, the applicant's estimated valuation of work was much higher than
the actual calculated valuation. Applicant submitted permit application with an estimated valuation of
$100,000.00, the adjusted valuation after the plan review was completed was found to be $12,078.00
A refund of $277.58 needs to be issued to the applicant for the difference.
