R-49 Hybrid system (4.5 inches) and R-19 unfaced batt insulation to house and garage
ceiling
R-27 hybrid system (2.0 inches) and R-13 unfaced batt insulation to house exterior walls
R-19 unfaced batt insulation to all 2x6 interior walls for sound
R-11 unfaced batt insulation to 2x4 interior walls for sound
R-21 unfaced batt insulation to garage common wall with 6 mil vapor barrier
R-21 unfaced batt insulation to garage exterior walls with 6 mil vapor barrier
R-13 vinyl faced insulation to crawl space concrete exterior wall mechanically fasten
6 mil black poly to crawl space floor glued at stem walls and in between seems
R-27 hybrid system to rims and box sills (2.0 inches) and R-13 unfaced batt insulation
Fire foam penetrations doors and windows
Declarations: I hereby certify that the above insulation was installed in the building at the above location in
Conformance with the current Energy Efficiency standards for residential building Energy Code
