Thank you for your email update on the road impact fee determination for building
permits within the McClure River Ranch PUD.
Consistent with your email and our past conversations and meetings on this issue, this
letter is to confirm that building permits within the McClure River Ranch PUD, for polo
barns and in the case of the Ganzi application an accessory structure known as the
"pavilion" will be assessed road impact fees at the "lnstitutional" rate as set forth in the
Garfield County Land Use and Development Code, as amended.
As you have already paid the fees at a higher rate, staff will begin processing refunds
for both the Ganzi Applications and the prior Foster Barn Application. You will be
contacted by our Administrative Staff to coordinate the refund and any additional
documentation that may be required.
The above determination was made taking into consideration the following:
