Our observation was limited to the present condition and was limited to areas easily accessible with no material testing. No existing drawings were available to veriÛr the as built conditions and no calculations were performed other than upper floor garage 2 which was easily accessible. The general structure appears to be in good condition with a few items that should be repaired which is indicated on Oddo Engineering structural drawings dated 3-25-1I. In summary, the current building appears to be adequate to support current design loads. Oddo Engineeling can not guarantee, be responsible or warrant any of the building other than the upper level addition which is between the new and old buildings.
