Good Afternoon Andy,
We needed to go back and look through our records to see where this project stood
Our last communication with our client on this project was in March of 201.6 when we provided a preliminary inspection
report to them for the ISDS. Our report stated that we required some additional as-built information from their
surveyor, as well as some additional system testing from their contractor before we'd be able to provide a final
inspection report to the County. I don't believe we've heard from them since then. So to the best of our knowledge,
unless they were able to hire another engineer to sign off on the ISDS, the system is mostly constructed but has not yet
been approved by an engineer.

Mike,
I am cleaning up old files. Was this system ever installed off of County Road 311 Ruby River Ranch Cabins near the
Colorado River? The plans show it as being your project #14115 dated June 30,2014.
