Attached is the receipt for the plan check fees paid today for the proposed garage addition at 4424 CR
154 in Glenwood. This is now under review. Once the review has been completed, I willgive you a callto
collect the remaining fees pr¡or to issuance of the permit. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Omar, we require a letter of authority for anyone other than the owner to sign for the permit. As this
was filled out in office yesterday, without you present, could you please send me an email (responding
to this one is fine) stating that Edgar has your permission to act as a signing agent for you regarding this
permit. lt doesn't need to be anything formal, just acknowledging that he can act as an owner in regards
to this permit. Please give me a call if you have any questions. My number is listed below. Have a great
