Bryant,
It appears from the approved plans that the crawl space is a conditioned area above the high water for that given
lot. Although the high water might just be seasonal, a plan to deal with the water ín the crawl space from a building
code aspect needs to be determined. lf pumping the crawl space is needed, a plan to dewater and dispose of the water
in a manner that does not affect your neighbors ís also needed.
Please have your engineer review the situation and propose some possible solutions
