My name is Edward F Stewart, who along with my wife, Theodora F Stewart, are the current owners of Lot S 10 on
Saddleback Road in the Aspen Glen subdivision of Garfield County, Colorado. I am cancelling our permit
application to build a house in Aspen Glen, as the property and plans are being sold to another couple who plan to
build there. I am requesting a refund of my application fee to be sent to my mailing address of 1734 Lazy Cat Lane,
