I am finishing the architectural and structural code review for your new home outside of Silt.
There âre no requested corrections on the blueprint pages at this time'
However, I do need something for the buíldir¡e permit file record concerning your driveway. Have you contacted
Garfield County Road & Bridge yet, to see íf your lot requires a separate driveway permit? Or is otherwise been
determíned to be exempt from a driveway permit? The building permit applicatíon form's dríveway permit check box
is "unchecked" and I don't see an accompanying letter. Please contact Garfield County Road & Bridge at (970) 625-
8501as soon as practical.
