On behalf of the Dakota HOAArchitectural Committee, David Bernhardt and I have reviewed the plans
by Class 5 Design dated 12115120 for the proposed improvements at your properly at24 Dakota Court,
Carbondale, CO (Garfield County).
We find that these plans conform to the guidelines of the Dakota HOA Covenants and approve the
proposed improvements as drawn.
