I am reviewing your proposed garage project to connect to the existing
ma n ufactured residence.
I would like to gather some more information, as follows:
1. Provide copy of soil report by KC Hamilton Engineer dated
0610812008 and LOlLl2008 as referenced by the structural
engineer. Please see attached
2. Provide an upper floor plan layout for the story accessed via
sta¡rs from the garage. There's no partit¡on walls for upper
level
What is the proposed room use or uses of the 728 sq ft floor
area above? Storage use
W¡¡l the upper floor room{s} be served by operable windows,
casement, double-hung sliders etc.? lt will be one window

W¡ll the upper floor room{s} be heated, conditioned living
