Meadow Drive Date:Monday, May 24, 2021 12:47:07 PM Guy, Bill, and Bruce, I have reviewed the plans for the proposed OWTS for the proposed Shop/ADU at 165 South Meadow Drive. I performed my initial site visit this morning, and during my site visit I noted that the system was already installed. The OWTS was not yet authorized to be constructed as no permit had been issued. The plans meet Regulatory requirements, and as such, as of today, May 24, 2021, I have issued the OWTS permit. At this time, we will not issue a fine for construction without a permit. However, if this process continues (construction without a permit), by either the property owner or contractor, fines may be assessed to the offending party. The system installation will need to be inspected by the designer (Bruce Lewis with Boundaries Unlimited, Inc.) and Garfield County Public Health prior to backfilling the system. I did not have my system installation inspection tools with me at the initial site visit, but I may be able to inspect the system installation tomorrow. I will let you know once I have inspected the system, and it is appropriate to backfill, as far as we are concerned. Bruce will still need to provide his approval of the system installation prior to backfilling thew system. Edward R. “Ted” White, P.E.
