At the time of our site visit, the contractor had installed a 1,000-gallon two compartment poly septic tank, the new sewer line, the effluent line, the distribution box, and the four chamber row bed. The tank, distribution box, and chambers were installed level, with access to the tank and distribution box brought to grade. An effluent filter was installed in the outlet tee of the tank. The four chamber rows consisted of 16 ADS BioDiffuser chambers per trench, for 64 total chambers and a total STA of 1,133 ft2. In our opinion, this system was installed in general conformance with Garfield County OWTS Regulations. No further action or review from Garfield County Environmental Health is required regarding this permit. Please provide an As -Built drawing of the system, when available, for our files.
