Final Acceptance Letter
OWTS Permit #: SEPT-6845
June 4, 2021
Jack,
On May 14, 2021, we visited the Farris Residence at 6208 County Road 309 near
Rulison in Garfield County, Colorado to observe the Onsite Wastewater Treatment System
(OWTS) installation pursuant to OWTS Permit # SEPT-6845. At the time of our site visit, the
contractor had installed a new 1,000-gallon septic tank, the distribution box, and the two four
row chamber beds. The septic tank, distribution box, and chambers were installed level, with
access to the distribution box brought to grade. The four chamber rows consisted of 11 ADS
ARC 36 chambers per trench, for 44 chambers per bed and 88 total chambers and a total STA
of 1,320 ft2. In our opinion, this system was installed in general conformance with Garfield
County OWTS Regulations. No further action or review from Garfield County Environmental
Health is required regarding this permit. Please provide an As-Built drawing of the system, when
available, for our files.
Thank you,
