The above is in the process of amending their plans. They are simplifying it by not changing the roof line and are
refiguring the interior walls on the first floor. One problem is that they increased the travel distance for egress from
the second floor down the stairs and out the single egress to the outside to 86 ft. I think if they used a 13R system in
the remodeled sections it could fix the problem allowing for a 125 ft.travel distance.
I asked them to get you a set of plans. Let me know your thoughts when you get a chance in between all these damn
fires.
