the revegetation security to be considered.
Weed managêment: I think they are on track here. Mike Claffey and I have talked on the phone recently. Mike is going
to contact the Conservation Districts in regards to weed mapping/inventory. I had a few areas of concern regarding
weeds, and Mike said those would be addressed by the lessee or a commercial applicator.
No further issues from our side, I think we're good to go for now

It appears the area to be revegetated is less than 1 acre. Based on past practices, we typically do not require a security
deposit.
The application is well documented, and the owners of the property are doing a really great thing fixing up that section
of the creek at their expense. I would suggest we waive the security deposit but issue a grading permit as part of the
floodplain permit requirements.

All,
Please find the grading permit application attached for Phase ll work at Meadow Creek Ranch. Work was not conducted
last year due to COVID.
The purpose is to bond the revegetation efforts in accordance with FDPA 06-19-8738. The work also includes a cobble
harvest area which is described in the attached letter.
This is the email list I used last year for submittal, please let me know if there is someone else this should be sent to
We will call and pay by credit card once the application is accepted.
