I got a return phone call from JeffJohnson last Friday about the above referenced project, and as a result of new
information, we cannot issue this building permit - although I had signed off on it last week. According to Jeff, the
drawings as submitted by Giard Homes to our office were not intended to be issued for building permits & construction
- they were only intended for initial DRB approvals, and Jeff has informed Roger Giard of this mistake. Jeff said he will
now proceed with final construction drawings and final construction plans will be submitted to our office for building
permit/construction when they have been completed.
Sorry for this confusion, but it was my mistake for signing off on these drawings before hearing back from Jeff. I know
the type of drawings we typically get from his office are more complete than what was submitted, and I should have
held onto these drawings until I heard back from him.
Please contact Roger & tell him that issuance of this permit is "ON HOLD" until we receive final construction drawings
from JeffJohnson.

Following issuance of a building permit for the above referenced project on Friday (LO/9/201it has come to our attention
from Jeff Johnson that plans as submitted to our office were not intended to be issued for either a Building Permit or for
construction purposes.
Pledse submìt finol constructíon pløns to our office øs stamped by the Architect as soon os possíble and prior to cøllíng
lor ony inspections from the Building Depdrtment so we can verify that final building design does not substantially vary
from plans reviewed & approved by our office.
