AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO SIATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT.
5) FOR GARCO BUILDING FILE RECORD: INCLUDED IN THE FILE RECORD IS THE
REOUESTED LETTER FROM THE PROPERTY OWNER(S)CONCERNING THE
PLANNED IMPROVEMENTS ON LOT 3 AND WORK EXTENDING INTO ADJOINING
LOT 2. THE FILE ALSO INCLUDES THE REOUESTED LETTER FROM THE LANDSCAPE
ARCHITECT ADDRESSING WORK IN THE PLATTED DRAINAGE EASEMENT.
