Dear Colleen:
This letter is ro confirm that the proposed outdoor living / hardscape areas at 226Brookie will
not adversely effect drainage. Alterations have been proposed to improve the drainage slvale
located in the north west corner of the property. This will reduce puddling that currently occurs
in that area.

We, Robert & Mary Jane Steneman, acknowledge that we are requesting building permit
approval for landscape improvement on Lot 3 (i.e. 226 Brookie, Roaring Fork Mesa @ Aspen
Glen, parcel number 239319101003) with awareness said improvements extend beyond the
propeñy lot line and project into the platted building envelope for Lot 2. We confirm that we
are present owners of both Lots 2 and 3 and intend to keep both properties under out personal
private ownership for personal use for the foreseeable future and have no building
development plans pending on vacant Lot 2. We further acknowledge that at any future point,
prior to selling either of the lots, that deconstruction to outdoor landscapin g may be advised,
including and not limited to, altering hardscape drainage contours, walkways and stairs that
cross the property line and project into the adjacent lot's building envelope'
