Attached are the documents that I received for the CDOT permit. No reveg security. They will do weed management. There is no water and nothing else will grow. The array systems are driven piles without much of any grading. Chris Hale reviewed the civil plans and did not raise concerns about any grading issues. They do have a SWMP with the LUCP. víncent l-fooper, PMP Garfield County Planner lll 108 8th Street, Suite 401 Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 (970)94s-L377 xt6L4 From: Andy Schwaller <aschwaller@garfield-county.com> Sent: Tuesday, June 15,2O2t4:2tPM To: Glenn Hartmann <ghartmann@garfield-county.com>; Vince Hoopercvhooper@garfield-county.com>; Philip Berry <pberry@ga rfie ld-cou nty.co m> Subject: MIPA-08-20-8808-Pivot Solar 1 &2 I think I asked about this one already but could not find an old email. They have applied for a grading permit. I can find the land use application but could not find a land use permit. Patrick was involved last summer with the project. My screams for PATRICK go unanswered but I do get a weird stare from Philip and Sheryltells me to shut up. I could not find an access permit from CDOT and was also concerned if a reveg security was obtained with the land use permit. Also, the grading is usually reviewed as part of the land use permit, but they did submit a grading permit for me to look at. Help if you can. Thanks, Andy 1
