AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT.
5) OPEN-HOLE SOTLS REPORT REOUTRED AT FOOTTNG INSPECTION TO VERIFY 2.OOO
PSF SOIL BEARING CAPACIry. PROVIDE COPY OF ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR
BUILDING INSPECTOR REVIEW AT FOOTING INSPECTION.

SURVEYOR, IS REQUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY STRUCTURE -
INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS AND OTHER PROJECTIONS - IS IN
COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM SETBACKS AND /OR BUILDING ENVELOPE
REOUIREMENTS.
