lf you cut the overhang back to 4.5 ft then double It 718" T[/2IO at L6" o.c. work. (Also, single TJI/ 360 at L6" o.c.)
lf you keep the 6 ft overhang, then you will need to add I-117/8" LVL to each rafter at L6" o.c.. Doubling up the 210's
wíll not work.
Gypsum drywall is adequate for the two locations you asked about.
