This letter is to address current and proposed uses of the property located at L655 County Road L09, Glenwood Springs. The property consist of approximately 4.5 acres and has a main house that occupied which is roughly 3000 sq ft of living space with 3 bedrooms, exercise room, kitchen, mud room, family room, living room and play loft. There is also a 3600 sq ft barn on the property that is partially wood shop, storage, and some agricultural use. There is a roughly 760 sq ft office unit that houses 2 offices file room and bathroom. There is a small Sink and refrigerator in use in the office as well. The new Guest House intended to be occupied full time by myself and my wife on the property.
