The Spring Ridge Reserve ArchitecturolControl Committee hos reviewed the revised
orchitecTurol ond civil plons n submitted on June 22,2021.
The revised groding plon meets condition 1 of the lelter sent June I 1,2021which
required reloining wolls be 4' in height or less. The revised londscope plon meets
condition I of the June 1 I ih letter which required odditionol trees.
ACC opproves the plons with the following conditions to be oddressed during
construction. These condilions ore o repeot of the construclion conditions from the
June 1 lth letter.
