As we do thís, it may or may not become necessary to delete or delay the pool and the stone sitting wall surrounding the back patio area. Thus, I wanted to have you confirm my understandings of these items in respect to the County's needs: The short stone seating wall does not need permitting and thus could be added at a later date than the house construction without repermitting, as long as we stay within the envelope and out of the floodplain, correct? lf the pool ís not built, thus allowing our grading to be simplified and omitting the necessity of the boulder retainage........ I am correct in assuming that if we keep all grading within the envelope and outside of the floodplain, the county would not require the boulder wall, correct? Thanks, and please let us know if there is anything further that is needed. ln closing, we plan NO work in the floodplain and realize that if any is required by the client in the future that separate permítting would be needed.
