Sorry for the delayed response, trying to make sure we have everything correctly coordinated
Please see attached
. updated survey with specifics of floodplain analysis according to your accepted parameters
. updated civil drawings with adjusted boulder walls
To confirm, we intend NO work within the floodplain and are content to give up the trail, etc that were drawn in the
floodplain area,
Secondly, we are still fínalizing the budget. As we do thís, it may or may not become necessary to delete or delay the
pool and the stone sitting wall surrounding the back patio area. Thus, I wanted to have you confirm my understandings
of these items in respect to the County's needs:
The short stone seating wall does not need permitting and thus could be added at a later date than the house
construction without repermitting, as long as we stay within the envelope and out of the floodplain, correct?
lf the pool ís not built, thus allowing our grading to be simplified and omitting the necessity of the boulder
retainage........ I am correct in assuming that if we keep all grading within the envelope and outside of the
floodplain, the county would not require the boulder wall, correct?
Thanks, and please let us know if there is anything further that is needed. ln closing, we plan NO work in the floodplain
and realize that if any is required by the client in the future that separate permítting would be needed.

Message for Deric , Boundaries Unlimited,
From yoursite plan itappears portion of the construction of varíous retainíngwalls and a path belowthe proposed
structure are in the floodplain. Please provide us with verificatio¡r tlrat tlris work in the floodplain will not causê a
change in the floodplain. Also, a portion of the structure itself come very close to the floodplain. Please provide
elevatíons of the finished floor to verify floodplain provisíons have been addressed.
Thanks
I have included CC: owner and rest of the project team so they are abreast of permit status UNDER REVIEW. Also is a
