1) ALL WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH THE 2015 INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL CODE
(I.R.C.) AND 2009 INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE (I.E.C.C.)
2) PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE ITEMS CONTAINED
IN THE ATTACHED "GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING REQUIREMENTS". NUMBER
REFERENCES NOTED ON PLANS REFER TO SPECIFIC ITEMS ON THIS LIST.
3) NO PLUMBING, MECHANICAL OR ELECTRICAL WORK IS REPRESENTED BY THE
OWNER UNDER THIS CURRENT BUILDING PERMIT.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REQUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REQUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT.
5) STRUCTURE IS APPROVED AS A DETACHED RESIDENTIAL ACCESSORY BUILDING,
TYPE II-B, CONSTRUCTION (NON-SPRINKLERED) OCCUPANCY GROUP "U" UTILITY.
6) ALL HIGH -STRENGTH BOLTING AND FIELD WELDING REQUIRES SPECIAL
INSPECTOR AS PER I.B.C. CHAPTER 17. PROVIDE COPY OF APPROVAL REPORT AT
FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
7) A WALK-THROUGH SIDE -HINGED DOOR (MIN. SIZE 36 INCH WIDE BY 80 INCH
HIGH) IS REQUIRED FOR EGRESS FROM THE BULDING INTERIOR
8) THE BUILDING PERMIT IS ISSUED FOR AN UNHEATED BUILDING SHELL ONLY.
SUBSEQUENT CONSTRUCTION AT BUILDING INTERIOR - INCLUDING INSULATION,
HEATING SYSTEM, INTERIOR FINISH OR PARTITION WALLS - REQUIRES THAT THE
PROPERTY OWNER SUBMIT AMENDED PLANS TO BHE BUILDING DEPT. FOR
