The purpose of this memorandum is to outline the docurnents included in the final approval package for the L-24 project Swank Residence as reviewed at the July 9,2021 dnC meéting. Any changes to this package must be submitted as a change order and will be reviewed by the DRC administratively or before the Committee depending on the scope ofthe change. As stated in the preliminary approval letter, the DRC fee of $7,500 was paid at the preliminar¡Trneeting. please be åware that this basic fee covers preliniinary application processing, neighbor notification, preliminary review, final application processing, final review, the pre- construction meeting, à.y-in inspection, grading inspection, final i¡spectio6, project oversight, and project closeout.
