Thank you for submitting a request for a variance. On June 23, 2021 the board met and
unanimously agreed to approve your request for a variance. This includes granting a variance for
your garage to be built along theo25' property line set back set by Gadield County.

Our neighbors, Wayne and Karen Cox, have advised us that the current location of the
garage will impede their mountain views, and they requested that we shift the garage to the
west by 25 feet. We are very happy to help preserve their view and line the garage up in
front of our home. This would require that we have a variance to the 50' setback from
property lines. The new garage would be 25' from the west property line. lf this is agreeable
to the Board of Directors, we wíll have our architect revise the plans.
