John, see attached septic design for the CHI general store. I had to move the leachfield downslope to
meet the minimum 25-foot setback to the water line behind the existing buildings. Also, the sewer pipe
needs to be encased where it crosses the water line using a 2O-foot stick of 6-inch PVC pipe capped and
sealed 1.0 feet on either side of the water line. Please ask a lot of questions prior to installing if you are
unsure ofanything. Thanks, Dean.

John, see attached septic design for the CHI general store. I had to move the leachfield downslope to
meet the minimum 2S-foot setback to the water line behind the existing buildings. Also, the sewer pipe
needs to be encased where it crosses the water line using a 20-foot stick of 6-inch PVC pipe capped and
sealed 10 feet on either side of the water line. Please ask a lot of questions prior to installing if you are
unsure ofanything. Thanks, Dean.

John, I sent the septic design to Keith yesterday and have not heard back yet. He said he was in town,
just must be busy. I will get you the design as soon as I get it back from Keith. Thanks, Dean.
