Mark and Kristen,
On August 3, 2021, we visited the Favro Residence at 7207 County Road 100 near
Carbondale in Garfield County, Colorado to observe the OWTS installation pursuant to OWTS
Permit # SEPT-6999. At the time of our site visit, the contractor had installed the new 500-gallon
single -compartment septic tank, the new effluent line, the new manifold, and the chamber bed.
The septic tank and manifold were installed level, with access to the tank brought to grade. The
four rows of chambers that constitute the bed were level with 14 ARC 36 chambers per row (56
chambers total, 840 ft'). Additionally, inspection ports were present at each corner of the bed. In
our opinion, this system was installed in general conformance with Garfield County OWTS
Regulations. No further action or review from Garfield County Environmental Health is required
regarding this permit. Please provide an As -Built drawing of the system, when available, for our
files.
