During the inspection, the fol[owing items were found to be out of compliance with the laws and regulations promutgated under Cotorado Revised Statutes, Title 8, Articte 20, and Titte 9, Articte 4. Faiture to correct the violation(s) may lead to criminal and civit penatties not to exceed one thousand dollars per violation, for each day of violation. Ptease comptete the repairs in accordance with the inspector's requirements listed betow. (HG-70f , HLW-801 .2 or Pg-71). Repairs Due By: 81112021 Deficiency #2:810 - REMOTE SAFETY SWITCH REQUIRED - A manually operated remote shutdown switch must be instatled just outside the boiler room and marked for easy identification Required Action: This emergency shutdown switch or circuit breaker must disconnect all power to the burner controts. This requirement is per CSD-1, CE-110(a).
