CERTI FICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT.
5) PRE FABRICATED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME
OF FRAME INSPECTION. OWNER BUILDER CONVEYS 50 PSF TRUSSES ARE / HAVE
BEEN ORDERED FOR TRANSPORT TO JOB SITE, IF ANY CONCERNS WITH THE
SNOWLOAD DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS, CONSULT THE STRUCTURAL ENGINEER OF
RECORD PRIOR TO FRAME INSPECTION (DREW SMITH RUDERMAN, BLACK
cANyoN ENctNEERS, LTCENSE 550óó), lF ANY ROOF DESIGN CHANGES ARISE
