Be it known that Larry Carter, Assistant Secrctary of CMH Hotnes, Iuc., having been duly authorized and
empowered by the Board of Directors does hereþ designate that Sbawn Ruse, Geireral Manager of CMH
Homes, Inc. DBA Clayton Homes #1037 is authorized and empowened to sign documents relafed to
transactions of the certain real estate located at 5538 County Rd 309, Parachute, CO 81635. Geireral
Manager is not authorized to enter into any Guarantee Agree'ment or any other conhact that would r€quire
CMH Homes Inc. to assume responsibility for any loan balances or payments owed by a consumer if they
default on their home loan with thcir lender.
I hereby certiS that I am the duly qualified Assistant Secretary ofthe aforesaid Corporation and that I am
authorized to make the aforementioned designation.
