I am working with Slyvia and Matt Ringer (73L5 County Road 31-2, New Castle), and they had something they
needed to do in regards to an ADU classification? They built a cabin, that has been their primary residence,
and now they want to build a main house and classify that as an ADU (l think?). Do you recall anythíng like
this? Whatever we need to do, I think now is the time to get it figured out as we have a design for their main
house done, and are about ready to go to structural engineering - just want to make sure I am not getting
ahead of myself.

I did fínd BLRE-3-18-5115 to convert a recreational cabin to a dwelling unit. The permit is followed up with a CO
#77g3. The plans outlined a maín floor with loft of 936 sf, crawl space and covered deck of 110 sf. lf they have not
added any living space to the structure, it could be consídered an ADU . Kurt should verify the actual líving space is not
over the 1000 sf outlined wíth the ADU Agreement and if they have legal and adequate water also outlined in the ADU
Agreement.
