ATTACHED'GARFI ELD COUNTY BUILDING REQUIREM ENTS". NUMBER REFERENCES
NOTED ON PLANS REFER TO SPECIFIC ITEMS ON THIS LIST.
3) ELECTRTCAL PERMtTTtNG AND TNSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRIC BOARD.
ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF
OCCUPANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REQUIREMENTS: PROPERTY OWNER lS ENCOURAGED TO
COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REQUIREMENTS PER
COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE DISÏRICT.
5) ENGTNEER SHALL BE ON S|TE DURTNG ANY FOUNDATTON STABILIZATION (PUSH PIERS,
ptLE oR cAtssoN tNSTALLAT|ON). PROVIDE COPY OF THE ENGINEER',S APPROVAL
REPORT TO THE BUILDING INSPECTOR ATTHE FOUNDATION INSPECÏION.
6) VER|Fy /FANy FURTHER tNTERTOR BUILDTNG TNSPECIION OR LIFE SAFETY CONCERNS
PERTAIN UPON COMPLETION OF PUSH PIER INSTALLATION - IF ANY REPLACED
DRYWALL, REPLACED WINDOWS, EXITS OR EMERGENCY ESCAPES AND/OR PERIPHERAL
WORK APPLIES.
7) CONTRACTOR TO VER|Fy UTtL|TY CONNECTIONS - POTABLE WATER SUPPLY, ELECTRIC
powER, NATURAL GAS / pROpANE - tS SAFELY SHUT OFF AND/OR DISCONNECTED
DURING CONSTRUCTION REPAIRS. ENSURE CONSTRUCTION PARKING / STAGING AREA
ATTHE JOB SITE DOES NOT IMPACT UTILITIES. VERIFY EXISTING BUILDING MECHANICAL
FLUE PIPING, IF ANY, REMAINS SAFELY CONNECTED AND NO LEAKS UPON COMPLETION
OF THE FOUNDATION REPAIRS.
